Our Return Promise

At Swyxnnvepae, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we've created a simple and fair return policy.

Return Period

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For items that have been opened, used, or are otherwise not in their original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

For damaged or defective products, the return period is extended to 90 days. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you receive a damaged or defective product.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@swyxnnvepae.world or +41 74 965 50 41 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include your order number, RMA number, and reason for return.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please follow the return process described above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, once opened or used
  • Products with missing tags, packaging, or certificates of authenticity

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging.

We will arrange for the return shipping and send you a replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund.

International Returns

For international customers, the same return policy applies, but please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return shipping process.
  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international orders.
  • Processing time for international returns may take longer due to shipping and customs procedures.
